Health care can be hard on Utah families.  It’s often expensive, inconvenient, and the system can be very confusing.  Junior League of Salt Lake established the annual CARE Fair to bring important health care to the public at no cost.

The 25th Annual CARE (Community Assistance and Resource Event) Fair provides free medical and dental services to the community and families.  When they say free, they mean free, because no insurance, no ID’s, and no appointments are necessary.

The fair is held Friday, June 7th from 9am to 8pm, and Saturday June 8th from 9am to 5pm. The local medical community will be available to perform dozens of different screenings and tests.  They also administer vaccines, and educate families on health care resources.  All at no charge, and with no insurance required.

The event takes place at Horizonte Instruction and Training Center, 1234 South Main Street in Salt Lake City.  There is plenty of parking with easy access to from the Ballpark Trax station.

Chanda Jenkins of Junior League of Salt Lake joined Taylor Powers and Ethan Millard of KSL News Radio’s Your Utah Podcast.  They talk about all that is available to families and individuals.

Following is a list of services that will be available to attendees at no charge.
